Dan DaSilva set up two goals after scoring the winner to lead the Worcester Sharks past the River Rats, 4-1, Saturday in Worceser, Mass.

Fellow fourth-liner Frazer McLaren netted a pair of insurance goals in the third period, both assisted by DaSilva, who played 43 games with Albany in 2006-07 as property of the Colorado Avalanche.

Yannick Tifu, who returned to the lineup in Friday's win at Springfield, had the Rats' lone goal. He was assisted by defensemen Bryan Rodney -- who extened his point streak to three games (1g, 6a) -- and Brett Carson.

Albany's regulation loss and Binghamton's win at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton puts the Rats' playoff deficit at 14 points. Albany "hosts" Syracuse, a 3-0 loser Saturday night in Hamilton, this afternoon at 5 at the Glens Falls Civic Center.
