I still remember seeing the brindy commercial when I lived in NJ.

The other 2 aren't old, the matrix commercial used to irritate me with its lameness every single broadcast.

I dont remember Irbe being in that 3rd one?

Alright, here is some back in the day stuff from my own collection.

These are highlights I made from my copy of the Hurricanes 1st regular season game

This is a melee that occured during the Hurricanes first home game

Fight during the Hurricanes Inaugural home game

This is a spot for tickets to upcoming games during the first month of the 1998 season in Greensboro

Here is another one from the next month.

Here is a highlight package from SportsCenter for a Canes-Montreal game in Greensboro

Hurricanes-Montreal Highlights on SportsCenter (11/17/98)

This is a pre-game segment with John Forslund and the first Hurricanes color analyst Bill Gardner setting up that night's game against the Leafs

Hurricanes-Leafs pregame show (4/8/98)

This is the game-winning goal for Martin Gelinas in 1998 against Washington

I remember watching that Thrashers game when K. Adams scored the game winner in OT on Numeinen. I was freaking out because right at the moment Adams got up to the goaltender the feed cut out, just like it did in that replay, but it was an awesome finish to that game.

Wow, no kiddin... that Adams goal was amazing, with 0.4 seconds left! Sweet.

In regards to some of the other games... I see that the officials have always been 'inconsistant' and it isn't just a New NHL thing.

Thanks for digging up that classic footage! I don't remember much of anything pre-2005. I feel like I have missed so much :(
