Hi moved down to Raleigh at the begining of the season from Illinois (sorry about that shoot out Cam). So far have only been able to make it to one game, but a good one. I want to try to get back to a few before the year is over. For the first we got upper level tickets from a friend, but would like to be closer to the action. I can't remember are tickets easy to find from fans and scalpers outside the RBC on game day?

Go Hawks

GO CANES!

I can't really answer the question about fans/scalpers outside the RBC on game days (we have season tix...) - although I have seen people around recently. One thing to keep in mind is that it is illegal to sell tix for more than $3 over face value (for anything) - so if you do try to pick up tix outside a game don't pay more than that. I think other board members here have advocated the ticket swap section of the message board as a good place to start looking for tix.

I did receive this information from an acquaintance today: Time Warner Cable is offering a deal on tix for the 3/25 (Ottawa) and 4/2 (NY Rangers) games. $49 for any lower level seat and $25 for any upper level seat. To use the offer, go to: CarolinaHurricanes.com/TIMEWARNERCABLE and use the code "TWC".

Welcome to Raleigh, and welcome to the boards, and welcome to the Caniac Nation! ;)

Thanks for the info. Yeah I'm not looking to overpay at the arena. Those guys can eat their tickets. With my work schedule I'll be able to make games but won't know until maybe an hour before the puck drops.
