Seems like it doesn't matter whom is coaching the guys will not change their style of play. We look no different with Mo than we did with LAVS We need someone that can motivate these guys. No more "players coaches". A man that has a big disipline side to him. Someone that will sit a guy in a heartbeat. No Mo No Rowe No Ron NO MO RONS Clean HOUSE---CLEAN SLATE --TIME TO REBUILD AROUND OUR FEW SOMEDAY ALLSTARS (I HOPE) I really like this way of thinking. Veteran players will eventually tune out a coach like this, but it is usually the perfect type of coach for a young team. If Brindy, Whitney, Walker are all gone next year, then I agree - no more "players coaches."

We need more change than that. J.R. has cylcled through guys and the staff has basically remained. Would it really be so different if Mo went and Rowe or Ronnie stepped into the position. Besides, hanging the whistle around Ronnie's neck would be awfully touchy when it came time to fire him. It's hard to fire a guy whose number is hanging in the rafters and all coaches eventually get fired.
