Wow Mick McGeough died, I was going to say I didn't think he's been retired all that long but it's been 11 years.

Not one of my favorite refs...but man, that's too young...condolences to his family.

Does anyone know who is an admin here these days? I’ve had a couple technical issues and have emailed without reply and system is not even showing that messages are being read.

Check your PM. BTW it's listed under our names and avatars and also here:

Tell me why.

He is still learning how to be defensively sound and to get into the right position.  Bigger NHLers are going to take advantage of him.

I am surprised about Bean, but interested to see him, but I've been calling for Zeke, so hopefully he gets in and puts it together, and puts it in the net.

Also, I think it might be too soon for Fleury to come out of the concussion protocol. There is a minimum number of days since it's a progression back. I'm not sure it's been enough time even in the best case.

One never knows about the underlying motives in these sort of call ups? Of course like super_dave just reflected, could it have something to do with a contemplated trade, or just our organization taking stock of an asset? Anyone hear anything on the Fox front? I surely hope we can make that work if he's still looking capable.

Fox has 17 points in 8 games with Harvard.

...and that’s in college.

That is like 32 points in 8 games in the CHL.

Is this advanced math? I didn't go to Harvard.

Players are older on average (20-22 vs 17-19), and therefore stronger physically in D1 NCAA hockey than in the CHL. Seventeen points in eight games for a D against high level competition is very impressive!
