CBJ shut out 3-0 tonight. Now lets go Sharks so that Canes will at least be in 1st wild card before tomorrows game

I'm actually glad Pittsburgh won.  Columbus is chasing us and they're BELOW the line.  You don't want the teams chasing us to catch us, especially when we're ABOVE the line and if Columbus won they would've knocked us OUT of playoff position because they'd have more regulation wins.  Let's worry about Pittsburgh when we face them; we still face them twice this year.  But first, we have to worry about tonight's game.  One game at a time.

One bad day almost got very expensive and deadly.

All I can say is "how can we lose when Legend does the  GDT?" Nice job with it.

This really does feel like an important game to show up at home vs an elite team, but also to begin to put some space between us and the two teams most likely to fall back: Columbus and Montreal. It's taken a massive run to get over that cut line, but if we can keep it mostly going, odds are those two teams will drop back. We only need one team to do drop.

Of course, as always, what really matters, and especially now that we're over the line, is what we do.

This is the first game I've been able to watch since Feb 19th so I am really pumped. Keep it rolling.

Well if we lose then clearly I'm bad juju and I'll try again in 2030. ;)

But if we win....we will need to see more! :thumbsup2:.

Jackets and Habs were kind enough to lose so now we have to handle our business. Go Canes!

it would be quite nice for us to win and distance ourselves more from CBJ.

I came to discuss hockey and leave wondering if our allies will have our backs (or rather, if they are capable of such) during the next conflict...

Don't I have a fuzzy recall of Yeager (or somebody) saying, in The Right Stuff (no idea whether book, movie, or both), that there's only one kind of truly bad day in piloting?

I'd guess Mrazek since Brindy usually only goes with the same goalie twice if they've had a shutout or one goal game.
