The Hurricanes have reached an affiliation agreement with the ECHL's Greenville Swamp Rabbits through the 2019-20 season.

Who?  Getting to know the bunnies. Swamp Rabbits

The Greenville Swamp Rabbits have acquired forward Cédric Lacroix from the Wheeling Nailers in exchange for future considerations. Lacroix, 24, completed his first professional season in Wheeling, and did so successfully as the team's top goal scorer.

 

The Greenville Swamp Rabbits' offense received a major boost. The team has come to agreement on terms of a Standard Player Contract with 10-year pro Nathan Perkovich. The veteran forward has played at the AHL and ECHL levels in North America, as well as the KHL

 

Arguably, no rookie was as productive as forward Kamerin Nault in 2019. The Winnipeg native has agreed to terms on a Standard Player Contract for the 2019–20 season.

 

The Greenville Swamp Rabbits have added a new face to the club with the signing of Mason Baptista to a Standard Player Contract for the 2019–20 season. Baptista was acquired as future considerations in the deal that sent Sean Flanagan to Fort Wayne.

Slick puck-moving defenseman Adam Larkin has agreed to terms on a Standard Player Contract to return to the Greenville Swamp Rabbits for the 2019–20 season. Larkin routinely played top-pair defense minutes, and became a reliable source of offensive contribution.

 

The Greenville Swamp Rabbits have agreed to terms with defenseman Luke Ripley on a Standard Player Contract for the 2019–20 season.
Ripley, 25, took part in his first professional season in Greenville last year, and proved to be a stalwart defensive defenseman.

 

Defenseman J.C. Brassard has agreed to terms on a Standard Player Contract to return to the Greenville Swamp Rabbits for the 2019–20 season. The offensively-minded

defenseman will look to bolster the blue line for the upcoming season.

 

Fan-favorite forward Travis Howe has signed a Standard Player Contract to return to the Greenville Swamp Rabbits for the 2019–20 season. Howe, an unforgettable physical presence on the ice, and a strong presence in the Greenville community,

Boy OBXer, when the ECHL and the AHL add on, they do so it appears in droves! It would kill me to all of a sudden have to memorize that many new numbers.

Forward Zach Franko returns to the fold in 2019–20, as he has agreed to terms and has signed a Standard Player Contract. The late-season acquisition adds on to the existing returning core for next season.
